Traffic Advisory: Single Lane Closures on U.S. 395 South of Gardnerville
Periodically scheduled single-lane closures will occur on U.S. 395 south of Gardnerville from May 6-9, as part of a significant highway improvement project conducted by the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). Motorists should expect closures on short sections of the highway between the Nevada-California state line and Ray May Way from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Work crews will be engaged in shoulder and pavement enhancements, with traffic flaggers and pilot cars managing alternating traffic through the work zone.
While most delays are anticipated to be minor, drivers should be prepared for possible waits of up to 30 minutes. NDOT advises all motorists to prioritize safety and adhere to traffic signage.
