NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE ESTATE OF FARREL DEAN OVERHOLSER
Douglas County, NV – The Ninth Judicial District Court has appointed Rodney Walter as the Administrator of the Estate of Farrel Dean Overholser, who passed away recently. This appointment, made official on May 27, 2025, obliges creditors with claims against the estate to present their claims to the Clerk of the Court within 60 days from the first publication of this notice in order to avoid forfeiture of their rights.
Walter has emphasized the importance of timely filings to ensure that all claims are properly assessed. Creditors must include the necessary documentation alongside their claims.
