Las Vegas Sands Contributes $270,000 to The LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada
LAS VEGAS, June 10, 2025 — Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) has announced a significant contribution of $270,000 to The LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada (The Center) through its Sands Cares initiative. This funding aims to bolster The Center’s marketing and communications efforts as part of its strategic growth under the Sands Cares Accelerator, a three-year program designed to enhance nonprofit capacity.
The contribution not only enhances The Center’s promotional capabilities but also addresses operational needs, crucial for its ongoing expansion within the Las Vegas Valley. For over 30 years, The Center has provided essential services in a safe environment for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies, including health care, education, and support programs.
