Carson High Celebrates Eleven Athletes Signing National Letters of Intent

Carson High School proudly announces that eleven of its athletes have signed national letters of intent to continue their athletic careers at various colleges and universities across the country. The school’s athletic administration has highlighted the achievements of these dedicated student-athletes, showcasing their commitment to both their sports and education.

Among the notable signings, Division I athlete Sawyer Macy will pursue cross country and track at Lehigh University, while wrestler Dominic Porter will join Mercyhurst University. Cheerleader Aurora Giurlani is set to take her talents to the University of Nevada.

In Division II, Sergio Villanueva will play football for Wooster College, and several standout athletes have committed to Division III programs. Ewan Kalley will compete in men’s swimming at the University of Redlands, while Johan Lizarraga and Joshua Lopez are both headed to Concordia College to represent the men’s soccer team.

The NAIA category welcomes cheerleader London Bishop, who will join Carroll College, and football player Angelo Macias, who is set for the University of St. Mary. Additionally, junior college signings include Alondra Carrillo, aiming to excel in women’s soccer at Truckee Meadows Community College, and Danika Presswood, who will play softball at Northeast Iowa Community College.

These eleven student-athletes are a testament to the hard work and dedication put forth by the Carson High community, and their achievements reflect the strong athletic tradition at the school.
