Three Nazi Extremists Convicted of Terrorism Plot in UK

Three men have been convicted of plotting a terrorist attack in England after amassing an arsenal of 200 weapons, including a nearly operational 3D-printed gun. The defendants—34-year-old Christopher Ringrose from Cannock, 25-year-olds Marco Pitzettu from Derby, and Brogan Stewart from West Yorkshire—formed a virtual Nazi cell that never met in person. Their plans, thwarted by an undercover officer, included targeting mosques, synagogues, and an Islamic education center.

The group, which admired Adolf Hitler and espoused anti-immigrant sentiments, communicated via the app Telegram. Stewart, self-designated as the “Fuhrer,” detailed plans to attack Islamic institutions and even discussed abducting and torturing an imam. They referred to their group as Einsatz 14, echoing Nazi paramilitary squads, and criticized other far-right groups for lack of action. Stewart once stated, “action speaks louder than words,” indicating a desire for violent initiatives.

Weapons in their possession included deactivated firearms awaiting restoration, crossbows, hunting knives, and a tomahawk. The 3D-printed firearm was constructed from online instructions and could have become a lethal weapon with a few additional components.

Prosecutor Jonathan Sandiford KC highlighted the imminent threat posed by the trio, noting they had identified potential targets. DCI James Dunkerley from Counter Terrorism Policing condemned their racist views and planned violence against innocent people. The defendants will be sentenced on July 17, with officials warning that the consequences of their actions could have been devastating if their plans had come to fruition.
