Tarun Sharma has been appointed as the chief product & technology officer at foundit, the job platform formerly known as Monster APAC & ME. With over two decades of experience in product management and technology roles, Sharma brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position.
Starting his career in 1998 as a systems engineer with Wipro Systems, Sharma went on to work with companies like Headstrong, MIH India-ibibo, Yahoo, PayPal, Walmart Labs, Naukri.com, and AP Moller-Maersk. He has also been an angel investor and advisor to Travel Buddy since 2021.
In his new role at foundit, Sharma will focus on leading product and technology innovation to connect the right talent with the right opportunities using artificial intelligence across the APAC and Middle East regions. The platform aims to reimagine the recruitment experience through deep tech, AI, and hyper-personalization.
