The senior from Henderson has had a unique journey, starting at UNLV before transferring to the College of Southern Nevada and finally ending up at Nevada. O’Neal had a successful season in 2024, being named second-team All-Mountain West after recording five saves and a 3.93 ERA. He has continued his strong performance this season, with three saves in eight games and a 4.82 ERA. O’Neal has struck out 12 batters in 9.1 innings with a 1.29 WHIP for the Wolf Pack, who currently have a 12-8 overall record and are 1-2 in the Mountain West conference.
