List of Bucks celebrities from James Corden to Eddie Redmayne

Buckinghamshire, also known as Bucks, has been home to a variety of celebrities from different fields. Alex Horne, comedian from Taskmaster, and his wife Rachel live in Chesham, with Horne recently becoming a director of Chesham United Football Club. Meanwhile, celebrity chef Tom Kerridge calls Marlow home, where his gastropub, the Hand and Flowers, has received Michelin stars and hosts the Pub in the Park festival.

Cheryl Tweedy, formerly Cheryl Cole, lives in Chalfont St Peter in Bucks, while her late partner Liam Payne lived in a neighboring town. Despite their separation, Payne remained close to his son with Tweedy and was described as a friendly neighbor. Payne’s funeral was attended by former bandmates and celebrities like James Corden, who grew up in Hazelmere and attended schools in Bucks before finding fame in the UK and US.

Eddie Redmayne, who attended schools in Bucks and performed at the Wycombe Swan, has links to the area through his acting career, including filming scenes for ‘The Theory of Everything’ in local locations. Redmayne’s recent projects include a lead role in a TV adaptation of ‘The Day of the Jackal’, written by a Beaconsfield-based author. Overall, Buckinghamshire has proven to be a popular choice for celebrities from various fields to call home.
